Hello friends, today I am going to share the recipe for DAHI MASALA CHICKEN. It's been cooked using basic Indian Spices. I have also attached the link to my YouTube Channel below so that you can get a visual idea about the preparation.

- 1 kg Chicken
- 100-200 gm Dahi (Plain Curd)
- 2 tbsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tbsp red chilly powder
- 1tbsp black pepper
- 2 large tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 green chilly
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cardamom
- Cinnamon
- Coriander leaves
- Half tsp Garam Masala
- 5 tbsp Oil
Method for preparation-
- For marination we will take the Chicken in a bowl and add the curd to it. After that we will add all the spices into it and mix it well for 5 minutes. Once all the spices and curd are mixed well with the chicken, marinate the chicken for 1 hour
- Take the oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, cardamom and cinnamon into it.
- After 2 minutes add the chopped onions into it and stir till it turns golden brown.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste and mix for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes into it and mix it.
- Add the marinated chicken into the pan and stir for 5 minutes.
- Cover the pan for 5 minutes.
- Uncover the pan and stir it well for 2 minutes
- Cover the pan again for 3 minutes
- Uncover the pan and add green chilly
- Add 1 cup water and half tbsp garam masala, coriander leaves into it.
